The Rugby R360 project is fully funded and profitable after a year, say inside

Rugby Competition The Global R360 Breakaway Club has received funds that will be launched in 2026 and targets profits in the second year, sources close to ambitious projects have said AM City.

The R360 committee intends to change the face of sports through franchise ownership, attract brands that are not traditionally related to the rugby union and the cohort of world famous players in 12 teams. If successful, it will be the biggest change in the Rugby club in the history of professionalism.

It is understood that the project-which was fronted by former British player Mike Tindall and involved former head coach Rugby-Rugby Stuart Hooper, former Wasserman Mark Spoors agent and Liv Golf and legal experts related to IPL John Loffhagen-After receiving funding and “fully capitalized to profit”. It is expected that R360 will generate profits after the first year.

Financial support comes from companies and individuals around the world – including from investors who were previously not involved with Rugby. “There is no sovereign wealth,” said a source. “This is a sports fund or individual investor from the state to the Middle East to England.”

Each of the eight male franchises is said to have attracted many offers, with offers from four continents. People in the R360 said they almost completed the sales of the franchises, which were valued in tens of millions of pounds, while the four women’s teams “would be funded at home” at first.

Maybe there are two other male teams in three years too, with an expansion franchise on the table.

Damaged system

The people behind the R360 said it was an attempt to improve the “damaged” club game where almost no team had a profit. They said they had signed contracts with nearly 100 top players, most of them were international people today and under 32.

Players have been promised that they will be paid more because they play less, while they can still represent their country. It is not yet known how the light international union will be in the project, but the R360 number suggests that some people are much more unable to stand than others.

There are a number of efforts to change the way Rugby clubs are commercialized throughout the world, with many failures.

In the latest iteration series, with the R360, the Professional Rugby of the European Champions Cup Professional Club announced the Club World Cup for sports in 2028, while the international nation cup will be launched next year.
