Here is my favorite place for the city toast

This month, you can let your mind be heard when we open the nomination to ‘toast the city’, City AM’s Perdhospitality AM AM celebrates the best from Square Mile! For inspiration, debate, and disagreement – the best made more than one liter, or a glass of burgus wine, according to your preferences – here are some of my favorite favorite.

Best Boozer

Bouchon Racine is one of my favorite city restaurants, run by the legend of the Henry Harris industry and Dave Strauss. This is located above – and serving – three compass, an extraordinary shop ‘saliva and sawdust that was increased by some brilliant Bouchon race cookies, including the best sausage scrolls that I have felt in fair capital.

The bad news is that highgate, and thus the red lion and the sun, failed to fall into the catching area of ​​’city’. The generous Langoustine plate by Heath Balls, pieces of fish and meat epic, and the perfect jumbo pai, made it my favorite pub in the capital, worthy of being recognized and recommended, but unfortunately it was too far to the north for this award.

Best membership experience

This month, with the help of a few familiar ‘M’ faces, we officially launched the Bluebird Club at the South Place Hotel and the Chelsea Post designed by the original Conran. To make a great member club, you need an extraordinary combination of extraordinary people (something I achieved when I founded the M club in Threadneedle Street).

There is no better place than a square mile to compile an extraordinary group of entrepreneurs, business leaders and thinkers from various sectors, all of them are united by shared desires for food, wine, cocktails, travel, and sports. Elsewhere, Ned stands out as a famous candidate, like the City of London Club and Ten Trinity.

Best Bar

The best city bar is the perfect place to host a beautiful team experience, where you can celebrate and bind, safe with the knowledge that you are among the city elites. There is no better hotspot baller than Gordon Ramsay Bar at 22 Bishopsgate. Facing the whole capital, the cocktail is delicious, extraordinary sushi and better. The simpler bar (wine) is a simple wine, located in the Crypts of St Brides Church on Fleet Street. This is a fantastic hiding place with a unique wine list, which you can enjoy with the best small plates (this is also a good candidate for our hidden gem category).

The best roof terrace

If we speak on the roof terrace, it is difficult to look through the ‘top four’: Markus Thesleff must be very proud of the ambitious Los Mochis City Los, which has become an undeniable broadgate Alfresco Hotspot, serving the best cocktails in Liverpool beside Latin and the eastern and eastern parts inspired by Cevechicer.

At St Paul’s, the famous Madison Rooftop was reopened this week, with an extraordinary view, Mirabeau Rose which flowed freely and a very impressive bar of bar in New York (including Nachos’s lobster sharing plates that were destined to be classic). Madison has been a scene in this city for more than a decade, thank you not a little to the DJs who carry beach vibrations to young people and or beautiful – now the right time to examine it.

Meanwhile at the bank, coq d’Argent and Ned fight (more than DP and Cuvee Louise) for the best roof. Both faced the house of Mansion, London Bridge and Mayfair. The abundant sophistication in Coq d’Argent, where Sommeliers stand to offer the best wine and French exhibition (Lobster and Chablis Premier Cru are invincible).

In Ned you get a moment from South Beach Miami on a slightly awkward roof, which is easily compensated by my friend (and legend) which is raised by Richie Notar hospitality, which is especially proven if you visit to stay overnight. Other Shorlisters in this category must include Shangri-La at The Shard, and the perfect South Place ‘Boutique’ hotel.

Best Restaurant

South Place is a home for anglers, one of the Michelin restaurants starring in the city. This is home to the talented chef Craig Johnson, the winner of the Masterchef The Professionals, a Michelin star, and the latest from the Roux Scholarship! This is of course a competitor for the Best City Restaurant, despite having a competition from twelve amazing Luna Omakase.

All of these gentle suggestions are supported, or created by brilliant people, many of them have privileges to consider friends. It is they who exhaled life to these institutions, and entered the city itself. This is why I am very happy to be a part of the Toast the City Awards – now it is worthy of toast in Excelsis!
